We’re looking to accept a few people a year who want to be in business for themselves not by themselves. We offer extensive training and have a long track record for success. We are based in New Jersey. Once you’re trained, you can work in any city in America.
At AFG, we utilize a unique hiring process that begins with two online profiles. The first profile will help us understand what motivates you and to see if you fit our company’s culture. The second profile will help us understand your work style. These online assessments help everyone save a ton of time.

If you are selected, you will be personally trained and groomed for success by our founder Harry Abrahamsen, who is a top producer in the industry. Harry was accepted into a Three Year Executive Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, “The Birthing of Giants”, at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. During this time, he also served on the Board of Directors of the Young Entrepreneur’s Organization of New York. You will emerge with a skill set far more valuable than any degree or “industry experience” that you can imagine.
